The Institute of Waste Management South Africa (IWMSA) asked us to assist them with a brand refresh. With a commitment to sustainable, organic and clean practices, the Institute of Waste Management South Africa required a logo refresh to underpin their ethos.
The Institute of Waste Management’s (IWMSA) main goal is to create a clean and healthy environment for all South Africans. We took inspiration from this to create a clean and vibrant new look and feel for their company using greens, whites and grey. Using shapes and colours to suggest balance and tranquillity, inspired by the simplistic, organic and green nature of Mother Earth, we created a brand new identity for them that stays true to the core of their brand purpose.
The logo can be transformed into a pattern to drive-home the message of waste management being a continuous process to create an attractive end result.
