With the launch of nav» Money and nav» Wellness on the FNB Banking App, FNB has cemented their standing as SA’s coolest bank for the 8th consecutive time, whilst also showing their continued commitment to helping their customers ‘navigate life’.
As pivotal players in their already highly successful nav» Home and nav» Car offering, it was only natural that LIVE took the reins for launching the two new functionalities on the FNB App. FNB asked us to make sure that customers not only fully understand the benefits of each product, but also how to use them as tools to improve their financial fitness. Because we have an inherent understanding of these products, our main mission was to launch them with a bang.
A never-done-before internal launch of great proportions was our only option. The rollout consisted of pre-launch comms, teasers, and invites to an activation day for all staff members. We went all out, even breaking a few rules while we were at it and we were able to get internal staff excited and involved by directing them straight to the app, getting them straight into setting Savings Goals and loading their Wellness Scores.
An important part of the brief was to make sure that FNB’s nav» Wellness partners were represented, along with their fantastic offering. We were able to showcase the benefits of the likes of UCOOK, Bounce, The Pro Shop, Viva Gym, Fitchef, and more with dedicated iPoster screens and beautifully crafted OOH with elements that were launched simultaneously across the different FNB regions.
Other noticeable contributions included a competition mobi-site that staff could access in order to win vouchers and R10 000 towards their nav» Savings Goals. The absolute highlight of the launch was being able to turn the Fairlands FNB campus into a complete nav» Money and nav» Wellness frenzy.
