BRIEF

Moorddrift Dairy needed to align their brand image and packaging to reflect a consistent look and feel in their products. The packaging had to stand out on the shelves while creating a united front for each individual dairy product.

SOLVE

LIVECOM’s creative team embarked on a journey to reposition Moorddrift’s packaging to show consistency in the product range. The reimagined packaging design was given bursts of colour and a harmonious feel, appealing to both loyal customers and a new generation of consumer.

RESULTS

The Moorddrift packaging campaign accomplished the mission of honouring a century-long legacy and uniting their product’s packaging as a family. The campaign strengthened Moorddrift Dairy’s position in their industry and kept up the brand’s consistency.

BRIEF

FNB wanted to create an engaging digital campaign that placed a spotlight on the many South African entrepreneurs it supports. We had to communicate FNB’s message of help and partnership through digital content including posts, artwork and original videos.

SOLVE

We created the ‘Conversations of Change’ campaign to tell the stories of people who faced unique and often unexpected challenges and rose above them, with help from FNB. A series of videos were filmed paired with social posts and blogs to inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs.

RESULTS

The campaign sparked meaningful conversations online with a measurable increase in engagement. Due to its success FNB has extended the campaign.

BRIEF

For the launch of the Mitsubishi Outlander 2023 we were required to develop a sales-driven digital teaser campaign. These had to be developed for multiple platforms before the vehicle arrived in South Africa and could be filmed.

SOLVE

To generate interest we created the ‘Step Up, Step Out’ concept, which was created without the Outlander. Instead, inch-perfect 3D renderings of the vehicle were developed in multiple formats and durations to enhance its reach across social media platforms.

RESULTS

Hyper realistic yet cost-effective visual treatments were created that enhanced reach. This was successfully combined with highly targeted messaging and call to action social posts.

MITSUBISHI E-SALESMAN

BRIEF

The norm is static point of sales units that typically don’t involve customer engagement. For Mitsubishi, we needed to create something that would capture the attention of customers and leave a lasting impression, pulling in those sales.

SOLVE

To get more customer engagement and showcase the key selling points of the different models, we created a fully interactive website that would be used on the E-Salesman. The website also consists of detailed lead tracking and analytics.

RESULTS

The E-Salesman can be used at events and showings. To put it to the test, it was used at a NAMPO event over a four day period:

  • Over 1100 interactions with the E-Salesman
  • 32 test drives booked
  • Created for 5 models
  • Average engagement time was 4 minutes (1 minute being the standard)
  • Over 400 views

BRIEF

Isuzu wanted to launch the new ISUZU D-MAX in South Africa. We were asked to create a TV commercial that would showcase how it could traverse seamlessly from the wilderness to the urban jungle without the expense that a shoot could incur.

SOLVE

Armed with Isuzu’s imagery of the D-Max, our team of animators transformed it into a 3D model that accurately reflected every detail of the car. Life-like landscapes were then developed to create a dynamic and visually gripping commercial.

RESULTS

The commercial successfully achieved its strategic launch aims and enhanced possibilities for application on social platforms.

BRIEF

To avoid the costly and limiting shackles of photography, Mitsubishi was open to showcasing the beauty and complexity of their cars in a cost-effective and dynamic way.

SOLVE

We created intricate 3D models of Mitsubishi’s vast offerings that are realistic and accurate. Based on this, we were able to keep costs low without compromising the quality of the images. By creating 3D models, it gave us the opportunity to flex our creativity within the macro details of these vehicles and their environments.

RESULTS

  • We created a customised 360° configurator on the website where vehicles can be viewed from all angles

Nestlé asked LIVECOM to create an incentivised campaign that strategically utilises digital engagement to boost Aero’s sales. There had to be a compelling call to action.

SOLVE

The LIVECOM team conceptualised a campaign with an online shopping component that would resonate with the target market. We partnered with Zando.co.za, an online clothing platform, to give consumers the chance to win a share of R300 000 worth of shopping vouchers.

RESULTS

This innovative partnership between Aero and Zando created a memorable and rewarding experience with a brand partnership that culminated in entries.

Samurai SHŌ

ISUZU SAMURAI SHŌ

BRIEF

What started off as a brief to create an A4 certificate for ISUZU’s dealer partners was driven in an exciting new direction. Working with ISUZU, the LIVECOM team delved deeper into the heritage of the brand to create a compelling reminder of the brand’s multi-layered legacy and the inspiring road ahead.

SOLVE

LIVECOM researched and drew key insights from the Japanese origins of ISUZU, its fascinating history, and enduring culture of innovation and strength. This was where the ISUZU Samurai Shō Programme was born – brought to life through stunning Japanese inspired artwork and award designs. Each of the certificates now portrayed a meaningful Japanese symbol along with the dealer partner name – intrinsically linking the brand and partner. This was no longer just a range of certificates but an entire rewards and recognition programme that entrenched a deeper sense of brand pride. This original approach was effortlessly enhanced through beautiful, oversized wall pieces, printed on hand-crafted paper, and framed in bespoke perspex frames.

RESULTS

The ISUZU dealerships got behind this programme and started competing with each other for high-level accolades and recognition. A 2D animated launch event video was created by LIVECOM to take the concept even further. The campaign was successfully expanded to include a giant event gong and a Top Achiever Samurai Sword Trophy. Over the course of this highly anticipated event 15 customised certificates were handed out, along with a Top Salesperson Mini Desk Gong and highly prized gift box. The overall dealer enthusiasm resulted in greater participation and memorability.
